What you'll do?
1. Drive sales growth of the company’s discrete semiconductor products in targeted markets.
2. Identify new business opportunities, develop new customer accounts, and manage key relationships to maximize customer success.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product and solution recommendations.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform sales strategies.
5. Work closely with internal technical teams to support customer design-in activities, product testing, and qualification.
6. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness.
7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and performance.
What we're looking for?
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Semiconductors, Automation, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of independently handling English emails, contracts, quotations, and other documents.
3. 2+ years of sales experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry; experience with discrete semiconductor devices is a strong plus.
4. Solid understanding of the application landscape for discrete semiconductor components and the ability to engage in technical discussions with customers.
5. Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
7. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
8. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willingness to travel when required.
