What you'll do?

1. Lead product characterization testing and oversee comprehensive datasheet development.

2. Manage and coordinate PCN, PDN , and ECN processes to ensure seamless product and process updates.

3. Maintain and control engineering data integrity across product lifecycle.

4. Develop and implement CP and FT protocols; drive finished product yield improvements, conduct root cause failure analysis, and manage engineering changes effectively.

5. Perform competitive benchmarking to identify industry best practices and performance gaps.

6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to release new product specifications, formulate go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, and produce detailed product documentation.

7. Deliver comprehensive product training and provide technical support for product selection; partner with Sales to enable achievement of revenue and market share targets.

What we're looking for?

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
Prior experience in power device packaging or semiconductor testing and validation is highly desirable.

2. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Minitab for engineering design and statistical analysis.

3. Strong foundation in data analysis, statistical methodologies, and the application of data-driven decision-making.

4. In-depth understanding of power semiconductor device development, including product validation, packaging processes, testing methodologies, and  QMS.

5. Demonstrated English proficiency (CET-4 or equivalent and above), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English in a professional, technical environment.

6. Proven ability to work independently with a strong self-learning mindset, combined with excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
