What you'll do?

1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies, covering raw materials, packaging materials, production equipment, test equipment, and subcontracting services.

2. Identify, evaluate, and manage a supplier network, building a high-quality, cost-competitive, reliable, and responsive supply chain.

3. Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, contracts, lead times, and quality standards.

4. Drive cost optimization initiatives and supply risk management to enhance overall supply chain resilience.

5. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, production, and logistics teams to ensure successful New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production project execution.

6. Conduct regular market analysis and supplier performance evaluations, and promote continuous improvement and innovation among suppliers.

7. Stay up to date with global market trends, material cost dynamics, and sourcing best practices to continuously refine sourcing strategies and enhance global competitiveness.

 

What we're looking for?

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

2. 3+ years of sourcing, global procurement, or supply chain management experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry; experience in discrete devices or packaging materials sourcing is a strong plus.

3. Strong understanding of global supply chain operations and experience in managing diverse, cross-regional supplier bases.

4. Excellent business negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis skills;
Outstanding cross-cultural communication skills with proven ability to manage long-term international supplier relationships and complex projects.

5. Proactive and highly responsible, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

6. Fluent in English (spoken and written) and capable of conducting sourcing activities and negotiations with suppliers.
